This baby girl newborn session was sweet and simple with pops of purple and touches of floral. Since purple is our favorite color too, we loved putting together the details for this session.
This family welcomed their second baby girl and couldn’t be more excited! Big sister, who is technically still a baby herself, was over the moon and happy to be at our Midland Park studio. She loved running, exploring and examining all of the props that littered our shooting space.
Mom had requested light purples for her baby girl newborn session and wanted just an overall classic and dainty feel to the session. Our prop shots consisted of a wrought iron, vintage bed and buckets. Textured fabrics and warm knits added warmth and coziness.
At the beginning the session, Adeline was a bit restless and didn’t want to fall asleep, which therefore made the posing shots a little more challenging. We held off for a little while and moved on to the family and sibling shots, which seemed to be her happy place. Big sister, Vivienne, loved watching over her new little sis and proudly stood with mom and dad for family portraits.
During the baby girl newborn session, we captured some really beautiful shots of this little princess and finally made our way into the posing part of the session. We used our angel wings, along with moms vintage, jeweled head crown that she wore on her wedding day.We had a mix of shots with Adeline’s eyes both open and shut. Clearly sleepy but not willing to miss anything going on around her.
Thank you to this beautiful family for choosing us and allowing us to take such lovely photos of your little girls!
We love meeting and working with new families. Let’s book your newborn session.
